User Research
Interviews, shadowing, wireframe test.
User interview in different places of India to understand different problems of delivery personals. User shadowing where done majorly in Kerala, Karnataka, Kolkata, Delhi and Dehradun. Test some basic core wireframes with them to understand there behaviour. These research helped us to figure out the main problems with understanding of Core delivery flow, Earnings visibility issues, Shift flexibility issues, difficulty in understanding rate card and incentive slabs.
Competitive Analysis
Exploring competitors and finding out what each competitor in terms of characteristics and what distinguishes their services and what are the strengths and weaknesses.
Target Audience persona
Recently started working as a delivery boy for an e-commerce platform and a food delivery app. He enjoys the flexibility of the job, but finds it challenging to keep track of his earnings per order and understand the rate card.

Rahul 23, 3 Months experience
Has been working as a delivery worker for some time now on two different platforms. He has a daily target to achieve in his mind, and sometime face issues with locations and cause order delivery delays and affect his daily earnings.

Venkatesh 26, 4 year experience in delivery
New to the delivery job and has recently signed up with different competitors to explore opportunities. He is completely unfamiliar with the delivery process and has had to seek help from friends to understand the signup process.

Renjith 22, 0 experience in delivery
Full-time delivery worker and has worked with multiple delivery apps in the past. He has tried different platforms and is now working on a single platform because the order per earnings is higher than the others. Currently only doing food delivery but is eager to do other types of deliveries

User flow Analysis
Tools likeMixpanel & Smartlook were used to get a better understanding of user behaviour and app usage. The team was able to identify the exact user flow within the app and highlight areas where users could be losing interest or leaving the app before finishing particular tasks. The redesign of the user experience and improvement of the app's feature usability were both driven by the data received.
(Due to NDA, I am not authorised to share the analysed user flow data.)

Key Learning
This project was a learning experience that shaped how I approach product design in real-world, scaled environments.
Note
Designing the Loadshare Rider App reinforced my belief that impactful products are built at the intersection of idea, user empathy, data, and collaboration.
This project strengthened my ability to design for scale, make confident decisions backed by evidence, and contribute meaningfully to both user experience and business growth.
